Rooms are good and well maintained. They don't have a restaurant. Prefer rooms facing the garden and on higher floors to avoid Noise. Courteous Staff, not far away from the National Highway, in the heart of the city. The property is easy to reach.

People are very kind and provide immediate service without any delay, further the room is maintained very clean and allowed our pet Shihtzu to stay with us and this was reason we choose the hotel this is my 2nd visit, i will confirm my stay in future

Place is ok, best part is they allow pets but the place is run by some young boys, who need to be trained, else things may go wrong, esp if you are non local. Food has to be ordered from outside but not a major problem.

We visited Tumkur for a friend’s wedding and stayed at Vilasi Comforts. When we checked in we were given a room which wasn’t cleaned and the room stunk cigar! But when we requested, we were immediately given another room. However, the floor was sticky in the new room and was cleaned only upon our request. Rooms are small but manageable for a day’s stay. Humble suggestion - PLEASE CHECK THE ROOMS BEFORE YOU OCCUPY THE SAME.

I am visiting from America and booked an A/C room for a few nights while in town to see friends and family. This hotel is friendly, clean and comfortable (especially the bedding after 24hrs in flights). It's close to shops on main highway and includes the beautiful "sounds of India" by day and quiet by night. There is a new veg hotel, coffee and juice bar being built downstairs and set to open late April. The staff is very helpful and brought cold drinks and fresh towels upon request. We'll be staying here again next visit!! Thank you for having us!!!
